The Mountain Built Fitness and Meal plan for women was made to tailor fit the outdoors woman in getting back into the healthy habits of fitness and proper eating.
This program is pretty straight forward.
A gym is preferred but a well stocked home gym would work too.
A variety if different weight dumbbells, a box or bench, a barbell and a few sets of plates at different weights, cable machine and a few attachments. Kettlebells can be substituted with dumbbells and if you do not have access to a rower you can use a kettlebell sumo deadlift high pull (1 rep=1 calorie).
