The 30- Day Basic Endurance plan is a high intensity workout plan focusing on Hypertrophy methods of training. It is a minimized version of the Mountain Athlete Endurance plan that is 4 days a week instead of 6 and has a few less actions per daily workout.  

This plan focuses on the use of Active Recovery and is built to help you increase your energy and endurance over a 30 day period without being too overwhelming. 

Equipment needed:

  • Dumbbells
  • kettle bells
  • weight bench
  • Stepping Box
  • Gym equipment
  • Some workouts can be completed at home

Workout Length:

Each day will take between 45 min to 1.5 hours to complete the exercises

I finished this workout guide last week and I loved every exercise! I could feel my endurance picking up and by the last day I was impressed with how far I had come. Being an avid runner, I already thought my endurance was pretty good, but there were days that I really had to work to make it though the workout! And that’s what I love: challenging myself and pushing my body to its limits to be better.
