Ingredients:

  •  12 oz room temp low fat cream cheese
  • 12 oz fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein
  • 3/4 stevia sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 tbs unsweetened baking coco

 Directions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Use mixer or mixing bowl and whisk to blend all ingredients together until smooth
  • Transfer into a non stick 6 inch cake pan
  • Bake at 350 for 30 mins; then reduce to 200 for 50 mins
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 1 hr
